Have you ever launched something new, only to find six months later everyone is doing it differently? That’s exactly what happens with most rebrands.
The launch isn’t usually where brands lose consistency. It’s what happens afterwards. Once the excitement fades, people naturally slip back into old habits. Old logos appear. Different templates get created. Suppliers interpret things differently. Marketing starts looking inconsistent.
If I were reviewing your rollout, here’s where I’d start.
Firstly… pick one recent campaign. Not to judge the creativity. To see how consistently the brand has actually been implemented. Every touchpoint should feel like it belongs to the same business.
Secondly… look at where your assets live. If people have to ask where the latest logo is, or which presentation to use, consistency becomes almost impossible.
Finally… ask yourself one question. Who owns the brand now? Not who designed it. Who protects it every day? Because the strongest brands aren’t the ones with the best launches. They’re the ones that stay consistent long after launch day.
That’s where brand delivery makes the difference.
