Simply book a free onboarding session. We will talk about your brand, where you need support and what hours package would be best for you. If you are happy with the proposal, we will send you an invoice.

Once the invoice is paid we will book in your hours to fit around any deadlines you may have, and request any information or files we will need.

We will then do the work and send it over to you.

You can use your banked design hours on a wide range of uses. Here are just some:

• Small marketing projects
• Social media planning and creation
• Blog and newsletter planning and creation
• Creation of visual assets
• Consultation and strategy sessions

You have 6 months to use your banked design hours. We are unable to roll-over or reimburse any hours unused. 

If you need to add on more hours, you just need to get back in touch with us and we will send you a new invoice for the 4, 8 or 12 hours you require. Once paid, you will then have 6 months to use your new banked design hours.
