Brand development for a company experiencing change and needing to understand why
AS Insights, a customer experience consultancy, was seeking more than just a polished visual identity, they wanted a brand that conveyed personality, built trust, and supported meaningful relationships. The founder understood that branding wasn’t just about colour palettes and typography; it had to be rooted in authentic storytelling and strategic clarity. However, finding a designer who truly grasped this nuance proved difficult.
Without a clear approach to brand storytelling, AS Insights felt stuck, curious and open-minded, but lacking the right partner to help bring their vision to life.
From the outset, our focus was on creating a brand identity that aligned with AS Insights’ deeper mission: building human connections through customer experience. We didn’t just talk aesthetics, we took the time to understand the consultancy’s values, audience, and future goals.

Once the strategic foundation was in place, we developed a visual identity that was not only clear and confident, but full of character. We created a suite of versatile brand assets designed to grow with the business. Throughout the process, we brought the client into the world of brand storytelling, sharing practical insights and including them in our own storytelling platforms, making the process as educational as it was creative.
AS Insights emerged with a strong, distinctive brand identity, and a renewed sense of confidence in telling their story. The client was delighted with the final assets and felt the decision to switch to a new designer had truly paid off.
